I gotta ask - why is it that the writings of someone who came AFTER your Jesus is staken as coming from him? Wasn't he supposed to be the last word and direct line to god? The "revelations" was written by someone who never MET him.

Don't you think that it's odd that the bible you are so hip on has stuff added on AFTER his "assention" and that stuff was added on after the church took political power?
