Watch "Building Gods" on google video, that is EXACTLY what "transhumanists" like Nick Bostrum want to do and claim that they have the technology to do it..... Listen especially to him in the last part of the vid when he talks about a "real life matrix"...... He says that they are going to take and TRANSPLANT THE HUMAN SOUL INTO A GIANT VIRTUAL REALITY MACHINE, AND THE ONLY ONES THAT WILL BE LEFT IN THE END ARE THE MILITARY TO WATCH OVER THE MACHINE.
THAT THEY HAVE THIS TECHNOLOGY NOW.This video, BTW, is a couple of years old...........
