Zogby is a load of shit!! lol Kevin Martin is a better predictor than zogby if that tells you anything.
The major story this week is that McCain despite all the press over Palin got virtually NO Bump from the RNC.
People underestimate Obama. He has hired the smartest people in the US to work on his campaign. Elections are won precinct by precinct not on national models. Thus Obama is focusing on the key states and individual precincts need to bring in the election. States that have never been in play are suddenly in play because of it, example Nevada, Colorado etc (If he would've chose Romney he would've been guaranteed most of the western states by the way due to the high population of Mormons, but whatever).
I hate to burst your buble but if you are for McCain don't look at any electoral college poll findings. Even the most conservative models have Obama with a strong 260 electoral votes (270 to win), and McCain with less than 200 strong electoral votes.

I will make a prediction right here. Nevada will go to Obama. There are 70,000 more registered dems this year in ouru state than republicans. 70,000 more! Republicans have always been the party with more registrations in past presidential elections. Even if half of these new registered people show up to vote it would be devastating for Nevada republicans.

Palin's "readiness to lead" in the scope of US politics today, is a red herring...not important. Just something to engage the polarities.
She'll be "handled" just like GWB has been handled by Cheney and Gang, and Ronnie Reagan by George Bush. The president of the US has about as much real political power or substance as the monarchs in Europe.
GWB was not fit or ready to be a president either...failed at most everything and is nothing but a rich frat boy. He didn't need to be nor does she. They just had his skeletons muffled, silenced, purged, threatened, etc. before he ran. That's what "vetting" means. That's what they are doing now with Palin and that's why she can't speak...she's being tutored and her background scrubbed, literally.
Then she'll get her talking points and lines, keep her lipstick fresh, and sorry to say, get the election close enough that Diebold can finish the job.
