I gotta tell ya, I've found daily bliss since I've been using my Shakti Mat, an acupressure device like the old Indian Bed of Nails. It gets me into a nice Theta state and relaxes my muscles. To make it more effective, I've downloaded brain wave synch music into my Ipod and listen to in while I lay on the mat. In just half an hour I feel rebooted and ready to go. And y mental attitude has improved in leaps and bounds!
