Good tips. But why? Isn't our frequency high enough? Seriously, holding Love in your heart and coming from that place in all you do is sufficient, for me at least.

At times it is necessary to match your frequency with whom you are trying to connect to. Not to raise or lower, that is a relative term born from separation, but to come close to where they are at so sympathetic vibration can do its thing.

I'm not against doing things that lift ones spirit, but after a while if results don't materialize as expected, there is a let-down, and nobody likes to be dragged down.
