speaking of spinach.

It takes 30 bowls of spinach to get the same ammount of nutrition from 1 bowl prior to 1930.
They have the power to create reality

I could explain it better but I would need charts, graphs and an easel.

Coconut milk, at least the canned stuff, is high on saturated fat so may have to go easy on it.

Bananas are touted as being possibly nature's perfect food but probably should be balanced with celery (Na) and something containing magnesium.

Friend has put his faith in peanuts, claiming they contain all the amino acids we need for synthesis of protein which apparently isn't true of corn, at least that's what the biology prof told our class a half century ago.

BTW, does hempseed have more omega 3 than six?

Health food stores sell hempseed oil?

Re: Top 10 Cheap Health FoodsQuote

Peanuts need to be used in moderation due to abundance of aflatoxin mold. Unfortunately organic is worse than tranditional but traditional is bad too. Beans of all kinds...super cheap and full of protein and antioxidants.
