Quoting: ntisithoj Does anyone know of ways to reduce plaque buildup on artery walls? -- see here for pic [link to www.nhlbi.nih.gov] I've read about some invasive techniques that work well, but those are not an option for me. I was hoping for something alternative and simple like the baking soda/maple syrup solution for cancer. Stop eating meat. Raw Vegan. Problem solved. |

I recommend giving up meat for a few weeks at the very least you are gonna see your skin erupt like you are a teenager, that is the plaque coming out of you in the form of sebum you will also metabolise a lot of it you probably have intestinal buildup as well, the two go hand in hand, you are going to become very flatulent, that means you are cleaning out this is gonna take some time, but you are going to be less hungry, have more energy and just all around feel better! there is one thing I want you to remember; FIBER! got it? |

In order to successfully reduce plaque buildup on the artery walls, you really must understand the disease process. Plaque buildup is actually the body’s defense mechanism equivalent to a scab forming over a wound on the skin. The process begins as very tiny cracks in the arterial walls. What causes these cracks? Nothing more than your heartbeat! Imagine if you turned the valve leading to your garden hose on and off 75 times per minute. The mechanical stress from the pressure of the water would eventually cause tiny cracks to form inside the walls of the hose. And cholesterol does NOT cause plaque buildup or lead to increased risk of heart disease. Another very sticky lipoprotein called lp(a) along with an adhesive protein called apo(a) begin the healing process. Then LDL cholesterol rushes in to finish the repair! It’s only when LDL cholesterol is oxidized that plaque begins to accumulate at the wound site. If oxidation is left unchecked, the artery walls begin to calcify. You must supplement with antioxidants such as vitamin C, vitamin E, CoQ10, resveratrol and grape seed extract to prevent this oxidation. [link to www.l-argininehearthealth.com] Maurice |

Should remove the plaque within 6-8 weeks. Then remain on a half dose permanently. If you are interested in looking into it more, google Linus Pauling therapy. He was the one who discovered this treatment |
