There are no manevolent ETs that can come without humanity's permission. It is the same as benevolent -- an invitation from the collective subconcious is required. At least on a global scale. Individuals can and have had contact. I've seen ships myself, partially "cloaked". Note that by cloaked, besides looking like glass, I mean it could also travel through solid objects.

Analyzing the facts under theosofical point of view, after reading all the texts on Mrs Blossom´s homepage and watching some of her videos, I can state that she has been honest when she said that everything and I´m prone to support her, unless she becomes to be a really bad, bad person as time goes bye, which I don´t believe.
The problem is, WHO are those so called Federation Of Light after all? I know that people who has such psychic powers don´t necessarily know however who are the entities that channelize with them. As the medium cannot see or feel precisely the creature sometimes, it can easily be faked by evil energies, once this medium gets emotionally involved and seduced.
However, the messages spread by Mrs Blossom make a lot of sense, since it has been predicted by theosophical societies for centuries now. All esoteric theosophists, like me, talk about the New Age of Aquarius and state that it is going to happen in the next 2012/2013 accordinly to the Mayan Calendar and other ancient traditions as well. We believe and know who are those so called aliens and we are sure about their existance. No doubts about it. The only thing that don´t match with Blossom´s aliens and those studied by theosophy is that they said: "We are beings from other planets". We believe they are not from other planets but from other worlds, that is to say, they come from other dimensions in inner worlds of our own planet such as Agartha and Shambalah.
Those aliens have monitored human race from very, very ancient times since Atlantis and before but they have never interfere like predicted by Msr Blossom. Instead, they used to just watch us from behind the scene. But we know that they are really about to come and show themselves to us and share their knowlege with us in the few years to come by 2013. So Mrs Blossom´s channelings made a lot of sense to esoteric people, althought none can really say if that is true or false or when and how those beings are about to come.
Anyway, my friends...It´s a real petty that this has been just another fake to frozen up our faith down.
