Reinhardt College is a private four-year co-educational liberal arts college located in Waleska, Georgia, with a satellite campus in Alpharetta, Georgia. Reinhardt is affiliated with the United Methodist Church.

I've been saying "something needs to be done about what's going on." and "someone needs to step up and start real change and justice" for a long time.

would love to talk to you via email breifly (I can only imagine the rambling and insane 5 page emails you get by now). You should be more careful with your screencaps on Enterprise Corruption.
Hint: Certain Enterprise level groupware applications tend to give away too much information in their taskbar names when running in windows.
And you thought Microsoft wasnt going to be a problem until today.
AltaSTrada or Craftsteak? Which caters more to the inquisitive?

stocks were up nearly 400 points today
what crash? the 400 point drop the other day? well it gained that and more back
the dow is still sitting above 11,000 points

Hi Folks - Matt here from the GOOG Finance message boards. Just stumbled across this thread when I pulled a google search for "Kinder Morgan + Legatus". Glad to see that this thread comes up as the #1 return!
Me? I'm looking at KMP on the basis of Reinhardt's suggestion today on his website. Heck, based on valuation (23x forward P/E in this market!?) I say eff that, and I plan to short the crap out of this overpriced turd this week. My suggestion is to put in a lowball bid on Leap Puts (Jan '10). The $30 put is currently priced at a wide spread, but it should be able to be had for $.90 or so per - in the case of a bankruptcy over the course of the next 14 months, a lot of 10 contracts @ $90/contract would yield $30K, or a nice 3300% return. Based on little more than valuation, I'm comfortable with entering into a modest starter position...and even if there is no company-specific debasement and KMP merely goes down with the market, I see the Dow/S&P moving down pretty significantly during the same time period (about 50% from current levels!), so I see this as I great chance to make some money.
Reinhardt is a good guy and a smart guy, and I value his thoughts and research. The implications of a Feb 09 Bermuda Legatus meeting are positively intriguing. This happy little island nation is home to more tax havens than a Lichtenstein ski village...lots of $$ at stake here and I intend to do a ton of my own research to figure out the best way to play it.
