You ask me, "WHAT IS FEAR MADE OF?" Fear is made of ignorance of one's own self. There is only one fear; it manifests in many ways, a thousand and one can be the manifestations, but basically fear is one, and that is that "Deep inside, I may not be." And in a way it is true that you are not.

God is, you are not. The host is not, the Guest is.

And because you are suspicious -- and your suspicion is very valid -- you don't look in.

You go on pretending that you are; you know that if you look in you are not. This is a deep, tacit understanding. It is not intellectual, it is existential, it is in your very guts, the feel that "I may not be. It is better not to look in. Go on looking out." At least it keeps you befooled, it keeps the illusion intact that "I am". But because this feeling of 'I amness' is false, it creates fear; anything can destroy it, any deep encounter can shatter it. It can be shattered by love, it can be shattered by meeting a Master, it can be shattered by a great disease, it can be shattered by seeing someone die. It can be shattered in many ways, it is very fragile.

You are managing it somehow by not looking in.

We all express anger. That is natural and human.

Express your anger, let the emotions enter you, cry, scream, whatever.

But then release them, let the emotions exit you.

And most of all, take a step back and realize that you did this. "Oh, I was really angry. But I'm fine now."

Worse thing you can do is hold onto your anger and forget who you really are.

Experience and release.

The problem with the term light worker is that it can be easily twisted into something just as evil and grotesque as the term 'demon spawn'

When I think of the term lightworker.... I think of some crazy old bat who's having issue's justifying her existence... who happens to have a passion for leather and stiletto's.

Anger from love/light is different than anger from hate/dark and there is anger from the gray area as well. The gray anger is easily removed through conscious effort, the other two should be eliminated completely.

"The danger is in the forgetting".
Sometimes, we forget the Truth of ourselves. We get wrapped up in the illusion and become involved in the Truth of another, wishing they could understand.
It is only through this empathy that we can accomplish what it is we are her to complete. In experiencing this empathy, we join with the emotion of others that we be able to lead them more accurately from the morass in which they travel
It is no the forgetting that matters, but the remembering.
I am seeking to put together a small group of wanderers to give encouragement and insights.
In unity there is strength.
E-mail me, should you be led this way.
Peace, Love and Truth.

Yes. And there's a difference between hateful violence and civil disobedience.

A decent person can and should practice both of the later without feeling guilt or remorse.

Rolling over on one's back for the sake of the proverbial "love and light" lacks accountability.

When a child is afraid do you tell them that they are on the path to the dark side? Do you tell that scared child who is bullied at school not to become angry. If anger leads to hatred then why is it that anger mobilized the greatest leaders like Lincoln and Martin Luther King to take action and become instruments of change. A truer statement is that Hate leads to the suffering of others. Think before you preach.
