The biggest thing I hate about politics today is that if you say something critical about a Democrat, everyone automatically assumes you are a dyed in the wool Republican Bush supporter!

Where did that come from? It's so idiotic!

It's like Catholic vs. Protestant, only much much more fervent and zealous. All this leaping to conclusions, it's so childish and emotional.

The Democrats I talk to all sound like they only care about personality, they talk about Bush and McCain saying the just don't like them, as people, "I can't stand that man".

Policies don't enter into it except to get hysterical about the war, and to accuse you of not wanting poor people to be able to go to the doctor.

None of it makes any sense, plus it's a boring way to have a conversation and no fun at all. Just attack, attack, and assume.

I voted the straight Democratic ticket my whole life and only questioned it when I voted for Al Gore (?!?!) and felt like an idiot doing so, then I couldn't bring myself to vote for John Kerry, just could not do it, he made me so sick, so I voted third party, which apparently is some kind of SIN, but I did it anyway, and I will this time too. I was a big Ron Paul fan. I will vote third party again, and MYSTIFY the frothing at the mouth Democrats I know.

I cannot believe the 2 parties could not come up with better candidates than these two. It's just awful. I can't wait til it's over.
