Nothing mentioned by msm here in southern New England. Local forcast says chance of showers over the weekend. So, yeah - if this explodes and heads north for the weekend - it will take everybody by surprise.

Kyle will have a foward lnd speed of 50-60 m.p.h. This is what made the 1938 hurricane so deadly.. winds were clocked at 180m.p.h.on the east end of Long Island because of the foward speed PLUS hurricane force winds combined to kill.....
