I believe crop circles are man made using satelite in space, or drones, that can etch these things on fields, and land in general, sort of like a lazer printer, only in this case, a lazer guided satelite that can etch patterns on the land. And if the government is involved, it's not out of the question they have acess to high tech cutting devices.

Devices like lazers and microwaves, to etch out patters via satelites or drones to mislead the public. Or thew illumantti, or some secret group.
