As a state governor, she has executive experience. She is therefore more qualified than any of the other three. Biden is a confirmed liar and cheat, McCain is more used to following orders than giving them, Obama knows he is the messiah so refuses to listen to others; the only political experience any of them have is as an elected representative.

Governance is really governance over people, not land. In terms of topology of issues catalyzed by human habitation to actual govern over - Alaska with its 700K people (12 times less than New York City) spread out over a surface area larger than any other state in the US, she's really more like a mayor, not a governor.
