What Book/Chapter/Verse of the Bible?

I am trying to remember what Book/Chapter/Verse of the Bible I read that indicated toward the end days that nations would be asking to be repaid, and the borrower would not be able to repay.

I believe it concerns what is happening with today's economy, but I can't even remember if it was in the old or new testament and it's really bugging me.

I have used the Bible search sites, but since I can't remember how it's worded, I can't find it.

perhaps you're thinking of the "parable of the talents" spoken by jesus?

I was sitting in church and turned right to one: Habakkuk 2:6 and on from there... also check Amos 8 just heard rothschilds are in there this week Nahum 2:3 red shields the minor prophets are chock full of useful info that has been tough to decipher but things are getting clearer with rapidity

I didn't not think anyone would be able to figure out what i was looking for, since i could barely remember anything to give anyone clues to look with...it's was REALLY bugging me that i could not remember, THANK YA'LL again.
