Chemtrail spraying program in jeopardy if banking system collapses!

Tens of thousands of nutjobs, wackos, and run of the mill lunatic fringe malcontents will lose their bone of contention if the banking system fails.

Many don't know that the program is funded in part by banking system graft.

What will these people do?

Some might actually start talking to their families (mothers in particular) and coming out of their basements into the clean fresh air.

This has resulted in a violent backlash from said mothers who just can't deal with their delusional spawn any longer.

"What will it be next?" they all ask.

"Already it's martial this and martial that", these poor women can't take much more.

Some are actually asking when the FEMA camps are going to open so they can get away for some peace and quiet.

One mother was heard to say, "if I hear that little bastard mention HAARP one more time, I'm going to strangle him" but later wept, "I'm too old to go to jail for killing him, what am I going to do?"

Didn't you notice that while the world was distracted by the 700 Billion USD bailout circus - they quietly passed a 630 Billion USD military budget ? The use of the word budget is misleading, it is really an authorisation for borrowing 630 Billion more.

This type of military spending is simply not affordable so when the military can no longer pay it's salaries, then it is TILT, GAME OVER.

Problem here is that the rest of the world is no longer willing to lend any more cash to the Merkins because they can't or won't pay back the previous borrowings. Merika has been paying installments of debt repayment with the toxic debt and other similar useless paper, which has infected the stability of other countries. This type of "repayment" is not being accepted by those who have previously lent to the USA.

So the FedRes and the USA Treasury can agree all the budgets and spending plans that they want to - trouble is they have no cash in the vault, so they will print more dollar bills, this might work inside the USA where the paper fiat money will contunue to circulate but it won't work for external / international use (ie paying back those who have previously lent you money)

Tomorrow is the first day of the USA Financial year, all of the banks and financial institutions have to reconcile their books in line with Basle II, they can no longer expect any blind eyes to be turned away from their frauds and accounting sleight of hand. A new financial set of rules kick in that the USA can no longer ignore - hence the major apoplexy being seen in the world of finance.
(and hence the real reason for 700 Billion - to reconcile the books and allow the ponzi schemes to continue).

Aint gonna happen this time around.
