Lemon water for health
Quote

Apart from being an amazing body alkalizer/alkaliser, lemon water also gives the following health benefits:

Lemons are antiseptic
Lemon water has excellent digestive properties and can ease heartburn, bloating and other digestion problems
Lemon water cleanses and stimulates the liver and kidneys
Lemon juice contains calcium, magnesium and potassium
Lemon juice has been known to relieve asthma
Lemon water (hot) offers relief from cold and flu symptoms while providing some much needed Vitamin C
Lemon juice is a great skin cleanser

I'm sick of trying to wake people up by telling them what's going on.

I think I found another way.

Clean out your system and you'll see the truth on your own.

This is the first start... put down the beer and soda pop and pick up fresh water and lemons.

I'll give out the next step in 2 days time.

Completely agree. Lemon water is the best. Specially when everyone around me is falling ill with the flu, and I'm a 100% healthy. Lemon water boosts immunity like nothing else I know!

Could be a cheap alternative to the ketchup soup cooked over a trashcan fire, featured on another thread. Hot lemonade.

I find this interesting, since I've always considered lemons as acidic. I guess that's just the brain confusing sourness with acidity. Thanks for the info.

Careful with too much lemon in your water if you have sensitive teeth. It will erode enamel.

Put a slice or two of lemon in a styrofoam cup with water. Make sure the lemon touches the styrofoam. See what happens -- should take no more than 1 (maybe 2 hours).

It is acidic, the body "turns more alkaline" to deal with it.
