What are you talking about? I was devastated when my last gf told me that she was pretty much dating me for sex. I thought I was special to her, but right after our breakup shes gone through about 5 different guys in about 6 months.

Get over it already. Sex is totally natural and healthy and everyone wants it to differing degrees. Perhaps in general there are more women than men with slower libidos, but a lot of the women I know like sex as much as their mates. |

I took the OP to be talking about frequency. To that my answer would be, nothing would ever get done. But seriously, we don't all have the luxury of thinking about and having sex all day. It's not exclusive to men and women either. In any relationship, gay or straight, there tends to need to be a person that takes some responsibility for getting things done.

I think there are a lot of people nowadays without self control. I think it started in the 70's with it all over T.V. like sex was a God given right.
Anyway, my mom left my dad for another man and he got custody of me. Back then we had to have a woman in house for the court to give him custody, so we lived with my grandma.
Anyway, he never dated or anything. He worked hard and took good care of us.
So anyway years later, my husband left me for another woman. I just did what my dad did. I didn't date because I didn't want to expose my kids to the revolving door mom's boyfriend thing. I worked hard, went to college, and pretty much acted like June Cleaver around my kids.
So now I am an empty nester so I started dating again. I found a great guy real fast. My daughter was kind of freaked out at first but she is getting more comfortable with the fact that her mom is sexual after all and is getting more appreciative of what I did for her.
Really, there is no point in bitching about sex or the lack thereof. Just go with the flow of life and what is most appropriate for you. You know, that whole, "There is a Season" thing.
So guys, no one is entitled to sex. The same goes for the ladies, imho. |
