I posted about this the other day and got debunked right away.
The reason that I posted it was because of the source where I got my information. It was a phone-call from someone who worked in Government in Wilmington Delaware, where the OP's article states Biden is now with his family.
If there really is a plan to replace Biden for "health reasons", it isn't a very well-kept secret, but I guess they would have to tell a few people?

FINALLY....someone with some insight! This is exactly how it will go down....one of these two things will happen.....the Clintons are part of the NWO....and who said the anti-christ couldn't be a woman....and from the looks of the pic on page 1 of here....I'm not so sure if she qualifies for a woman......I think the elections will get cancelled.....

Also, look at our double standards: If Sarah Palin were taking time out for family illness, no one would claim that that will pave the way to another VP candidate. Biden does it, and rumors ahoy! And, moreover, if Biden did NOT take time out in the face of family illness, everyone would say dems are heartless and vicious, in it to win it, at all cost.

Biden impressed me, during the VP debate, and not just because of his knowledge & experience; unlike Palin, when Biden spoke, I actually believed him.
