Yes, he wants people to SELL, so markets drop and then the BIG MONEY people come in and buy up everything at bargain basement prices. This is not a difficult concept.

from my understanding, if you don't need the money to survive, like to avoid being homeless,leave it alone. just diversify your portfolio. migrate to stocks that will loose the least amount of monay. if you take it out, you will get hit with a penalty and taxes. also, if you file bankruptcy they cannot touch your money in the 401k. you just have to hope the market heals in the next 10 years, which it probably will.
