Should be an interesting show.
If there ever was a time to have the drinking game, it would be tonight. We're all going to need a drink after the Markets close. Bring the "good stuff". Who knows when you'll have it again.
I'll add a few more words to the game, and post them before the show. If y'all have any suggestions, post 'em and I'll see what we can do.

If you have not yet begun making preparations which will enable you to cope with the coming systemic collapse of the US social order; don't waste one of your last precious hours hoping to hear anything valuable from Steve Quayle's bitch, John Galt...
In one hour, you could do a brisk shopping excursion and pickup a good supply of canned goods, whole grains, beans/legumes, seasonings, and dried fruits and cereals.
In one hour, you could visit your local full service hardware store and pickup assorted nails, deck screws, pvc plumbing parts and some 3/4" pipe, a few hacksaw blades, maybe a new axe, couple of files, a knife or two, some spare electric parts like a breaker or two. Shit, get some heavy duty spade lugs to rig your battery to inverter with more permanency than jumper cables. The potential is always great at the hdw store...
In one hour you can make one or two thrift shop runs; load up on Winter gear, kitchen utensils and gear, maybe find a sleepingbag or tent, boots/hiking shoes, bacpack/gym bag to sort/carry your gear. Flannel shirts, long underwear lots of potential at goodwill or salvation army. Play a game, see how far you can make $50 stretch. Most stuff in those places is like new.
Hell, in one hour you can do an oil and filter change, install new spark plugs and air filter, check your air pressure, unload the crap you don't need in your car to make room for your bug-out shit.
Too bad the Q-Files has been such a waste of time. Hundreds of hours to give folks a clue about HOW to prepare, and nothing ever on that topic. (Okay, in Nov 2003, SQ did do 3 shows about how to prepare... Were you listening?)
Point is: Unless you are completely "eady", and who is? All Galt is going to do is rant about the financial betrayal and destroyed wealth. Evidently that is what he has put his faith in. Since last year it has been Damn Obvious that the shit would hit the fan. The Q-Files still thinks people who haven't wised up, have time to wise-up. That is why listening to their shit makes no sense, beyond drinking game and entertainment value.
There was a rather minor hurricane making landfall at Corpus Christi Tx in 1970. A bunch of party folk decided they would sit out on a pier and watch it blow in. It hit land with 140mph winds and none were ever seen again. I recall seeing a piece of straw that was blown through an oak tree. The winds were so strong that the bark and trunk fibers of that tree stretched open enough that a piece of blown straw entered the tree and remained.
You are going to see shit like you never imagined.
Wasting your time with the Quayle-tards is a decision you might live to regret. |
