Sheriff in Ilinois will NOT evict forclosures
Sheriff in Ill. county won't evict in foreclosures

CHICAGO - Residents of foreclosed properties in Chicago and other parts of Cook County don't have to worry about deputies forcing them out. Sheriff Tom Dart says that starting Thursday his office won't take part in evictions.

Dart says he's concerned that many of the people being evicted are renters who were unaware that their landlords have been failing to pay their mortgages. He says his deputies have no way of knowing whether they're removing someone who has defaulted on a loan or someone who has been faithfully paying rent.

Dart says he thinks he's the first sheriff in a major metropolitan area to stop such evictions during the ongoing foreclosure crisis.

Dart says the number of mortgage foreclosures in Cook County has skyrocketed and will probably keep rising.

Can a Sheriff be overridden, or is he/she still the SUPREME law officer of his/her county?

In most States the Sheriff can be over-ridden by the State Patrol. But it is usually a jurisdictional battle in those cases.

Interesting.

Can the State Governor override the decisions of a duly-elected county Sheriff?

(I'm not an American, so don't know about this stuff).

This is good. A Sheriff decides to fuck over the COURT AND THE LIEN HOLDER because the borrower might or might not have fucked over a renter.

THE LIEN HOLDER'S RIGHTS COME FIRST,,,NOT A DEFAULTED BORROWER OR HIS TENANT. THERE IS A COURT ORDER.

DO YOUR FUCKING JOB SHERIFF. YOU IDIOT.

Re: Sheriff in Ilinois will NOT evict forclosures
The Shire Reeve is the top Official within his Shire / County. The ultimate judge of the County population’s sentiments regarding fairness of a law. He can Blessed well tell the Lien holder in Due Course and any Judge to shove it. In States foreclosure proceedings are aren't even held in a court house. Some location is designated and Auxiliary and an Administrator is appointed.

Shire Reeve : “this oldest of all law enforcement agencies had its beginnings in a past so distant that historical dispute clouds its first formal establishment.

Some accounts place it in the days of the ancient Roman pro-consul. Most, however, say the office was created in the ninth century Anglo-Saxon England, where the word sheriff was probably derived. Each Shire, or land district, was headed by an official known as a Reeve ... thus the title Shire/Reeve and the gradual evolution over the years to the single designation, Sheriff.”

How do the lenders in the Sheriffs jurisdiction feel about this?

Will the lenders continue to do business there?

And what about the responsible people who pay their mortgage payments on time? Why should they keep paying?

Look you guys, this is NOT a normal situation. Americans have seen their dollars decrease in value, jobs shipped overseas, and Wall St raid their savings. All bets are off, now. The sheriff did the right thing. There ar not enough sheriffs in America to throw millions out on the street, nor is would that be a good thing. This exactly what the NWO (Democrat and Republican leadership included) wants - a PLANTATION instead of America. Compliant and begging poor begging for the almighty federal gov't for a roof and bowl of gruel. This is game on, people. Americans have been MASSIVELY stolen from, so fuck the thieves.

Thank you, 757. Our savings (retiremnet fund and 401K) have been reduced almost by half, because of this ripoff of the American people. That money would have paid our house off, but we, like other Americans, couldn't and can't access it because CONgress structured these plans to funnel and keep the money in Wall Street. Now, we see our savings taking a dive, jobs may be lost, and OUR house could be in jeapordy while these fuckers will MILLIONS in bonuses walk away? Fuck that. The sheriff should on OUR side, not the criminal's.

Exactly. These are not normal times. Careful siding with the corporate interests, most of us are just a job loss and a couple of months away from being in need of the kind of protection this Sheriff is offering. You could quickly find yourself destitute. Doubly so in these times. Go Sheriff!

Search and read Ed Griffon's expose on "The Mandrake Mechanism" to discover how the local bank hypothecates the promissory note and thus renders it into medium of exchange.

These notes are then sold into packages of notes where large institutional purchasers buy them.

The whole system is a big ball of strings, and now the ball is unwinding.

The only real people injured are the people who live in the homes.

Bunch of parasites buy the notes in hopes of living without producing.

Search "stellonation" for a crime of selling the same note to two or more buyers. Another problem...

Stellionation? word is misspelled, and I'm having problems figuring out the correct spelling.
