Comrades, I have a query. Can anyone tell me what the largest 20 or 30 minute gain ever recorded is? They are giving some back now so its not quite so obvious but will the Holy Roman Politburo be able to soften the downdraft as it takes hold? They will be calling in all favors and trying like crazy to end up on a positive note and hope it carries 'round the world'.
