Will they finally have to learn how to fire guns or be raped repeatedly by roving gangs of thugs that single moms are creating now in gangs?
Will we see the rampant prostitution and cellar slaves of the days before her real husband, the government, could take care of her?

Interesting question. Many "independent" women as you put it are being forced to turn to the adult industry to make a living recently. Dancing, pornography, and so on is increasing exponentially.
I spend time training my skills in outdoor survival, primitive skills, bushcraft, etc. There are so few women interested in outdoor survival skills. If they were really independent I would think this sort of thing would interest them more. In my experience I don't see many women really interested in true self-reliance. It's a shame really. |

I was raised on a small farm. From young age I learned weapons, use of knives for many things and how to deal with animals, growing food, no electricity for weeks in the winter, etc... basically, survival skills. I do understand what you mean, about few women could actually survive in the outdoors. But, there are a number of us out there that can and do know how not only to take down a deer, but butcher and save the skin and as many parts as possible for future uses (if necessary).
