And I have read the presentation...many, many times...somehow you must have missed the very first slide that says "Allows study of basic physics of the near earth environment" near earth??? probably would be where the clouds reside.
According to NASA and most primers on magnetohydrodynamics, the magnetosphere, etc, the near-earth environment is that area of space near the earth. Not where the clouds reside -- that is the earth's atmosphere.
Collins, in his "Legal Considerations for Traffic Systems in Near-Earth Space", implies near-earth space to be equal to or above the limit of LEO, Low-Earth Orbit< which starts at around 100 km (60 miles), which is ten times as high as where airplanes fly.
Because 100 miles -- or even the edge of the magnetosphere, which is ten thousand miles out -- is "near" to the Earth.
You might want to review some of your definitions before you try to use them to bolster your arguments.

Understand that I'm not for a minute saying that researchers aren't carrying out high-altitude experiments which have to do with (sometimes) dumping aerosols into the a regime of 80-300 km altitude, just as other researchers are deliberately heating up the atmosphere (what little there is of it) with RF energy, because they are doing that stuff and have been doing it for a long time. I don't know whether there are long- or short-term problems with this experimentation.
And I'm also not saying that regular contrails from jet aircraft engines don't have an effect on the Earth's weather and (probably) climate, because they do. Like any other cloud cover, the cirrus overlay from the aircraft contrails has noticeably changed the temperature delta (difference between daytime and nighttime temperatures). This will continue as long as there is air traffic, and my guess is that this is not a good thing, since vegetation has evolved for a particular temperature range and the aircraft contrails are modifying that temperature range.
But none of those things have to do with "chem-trails", any more than they have something to do with spraying cotton fields with insecticides or spraying forest-fires with water and retardent. July 10, 2002 - July 10, 2008

I have the fact that the phenomenon sometimes called "chemtrails" fits the description of contrails under certain conditions.
You believers claim that contrails that linger and spread aren't really contrails. Why? Do you believe the lie that contrails never do that? How do you expect solid particles to behave?
