Well, I understand the a/c thing.... just nice to know who your are really talking to, and I don't mind taking the good with the bad as far as being registered

I was on board in the early days when we'd be posting regularly to try and get Elaine the "wake up" and get spammers off threads.

When she got back to the computer Elaine would send the spammers to "Ugly Betty" or some such named site so they could not log in.

Five or six years ago, I posted unlogged as "an nonymous".

After Elaine sold glp, we had some rough times and I lost interest for a while. New owners (or mods) were young and did not "get" what some of the real issues were about and were chasing off really good posters.

All that has turned around and glp is a good message board.

I've been here since before the Christmas-thingy.

Got banned a few times after that. Last time stayed away for about a year.
