I would hope whoever our elected leader may be, that they would protect the rights of all Americans.

I see nothing wrong in the quote whatsoever. If anything, what I see is right.

I have no problem with the statement. However prejudice I am I hope that I could put that behing me if other are being harmed in some way. Prejudice is natural response to things and people we don't understand and therefor fear.
