I decided to stay away from wheat after I saw my sister loosing so much weight by not eating wheat. I have had a head ache for days, I felt like my right eye was about to pop out of my head. The last 2 days I have had nausia and I didn't feel like eating at all. I feel better today but a little anxious. I'm glad I found this site. I thought I was sick but now I knew I have been going through wheat withdrawls.
