Whew! Thank goodness for GLPers! I am home alone while the husband is at work and the kids are at their grandparents. Wasn't sure if the rapture happened and I was the only bad one left behind...lol.

I don't think so. Maybe in the old testament. But it certainly talks about them coming in Christ name, and leading people into a ditch and all. I think a lot of big shot evangelicals and pastors probably fit in this category unfortunately.

I think Harold Camping was wrong about this one folks. And what for? Money, pure and simple. This guy made over 18 mllion dollars with this rapture prophecy. The only I feel this man will be allowed into heaven is if he compensated all of his followers who lost every worldly possession they owned trying to convince people that Harold Camping's end date of 5-21-11 was indeed true.

I do not think this man should be put to death, but to manipulate and cohearse the masses into thinking this, when the bible clearly states that no man, angel or even jesus knows not the hour or they day in which Jesus will return.

I am a very devout religious person, and believe in walking in the way of Jesus to help others, as well as serve him. Somewhere along the lines, this simple idea of helping and doing good went to how much money can we squeeze out of people to better myself financially?

I forgive you Harold Camping, but to deceive the masses like this is not the work of good, but the rather the work of evil, and cannot a blind eye behold this. You should be ashamed of manipulating your followers for financial betterment of yourself.
