1. What evidence do you have in the public sphere (ie capable of independent corroboration) that such a thing, even such individuals employed in such capacities, actually exist?

2. Never mind that formally, and on the record, all of this, if it did exist, would be denied in public, to the media, and in courts of law (if it ever got there that is).

3. As such, I deem this whole 'New World Order' thingamajig to be utter balderdash, or unworkable fiction at best.

4. If you can't present it publicly, you can't present it publicly, end of story, comprenez-vous?

5. What can you present publicly then is the question? What can others of more charisma present publicly?

6. I suggest a small-scale experiment on an island nation or two first, like an orgnaizational research experiment. See if you can get it working and if the public denizens are both happy and productive that way (over the older systems and ways of doing things). If they are, then - not before - you have a working model. I believe those are known as prototypes.

7. At any rate and at all costs this is the sort of thing which you wish to avoid occurring if you wish to avoid looking bad yourselves. Thus, it is quite the Catch 22 you find yourselves in I do not doubt; but perhaps there is a Regiment that specializes in that precise scenario?
