What I'm about to tell you, you probably have never heard before in your life.

What makes a good agent to accomplish a mission to help push the population as required?

Well, an agent that is NOT an agent. He's just a person living a life, then he is pushed to perform a particular task, thinking that he/she chose to perform that task. Mission accomplished.

The movie "push" is not fiction. Their are superior people upon this planet that can stand next to you and push thoughts into your brain. They do this with technological assistance (a belt pack let's say).

You think you are having that thought, but that is not true. The supreme beings upon this planet send out their ultra pushers to pump stuff directly into brains. Then those unsuspecting people become the perfect agents to perform whatever task desired. If the police, FBI, CIA or any other group questions that person, that person knows absolutely NOTHING about another organization pushing thoughts into their brain. THE PERFECT AGENT is an agent that is not an agent.

Now, there need not be a person standing next to you for thoughts to be pushed into your brain. This can also be accomplished remotely. Some setup is required, of course, but the technology that can do this has particular ranges and can be set up as needed to push people. Bring in the reality of controlled AI, and you can see that pushing can occur on a very large scale. A lot of people can be pushed - then the secret society never, ever gets their "hands dirty."
