I'm repeating this post because it's important:


The existing elite will generally run things in the beginning...sorry. People like me, commoners who have been contacted, will be somewhat included in the elite and will act as new temporary “leaders” within the system. But, in general, people rule themselves by understanding the system. Since the system is totally honest, once an individual understands it, they can do whatever the hell they want (other than develop off-limits technology).
