Personally, I don't know of any technology that can "kill every human at the push of a button". It sounds like this putative technology will be used to justify a highly invasive "panopticon" apparatus (cameras in every bedroom, microphones embedded in every wall, etc.) in the service of a totalitarian world system.

To what extent will people need to be sold on such a system, and how will they be persuaded? When all is said and done, will reasonable people suspect deception?

What you are forgetting is this:

Today, they have the secret technology and they are playing god. They have been doing this for a long, long time. Thousands of years in fact, but with less dangerous technology. More recently, all the droughts, floods and other "natural disasters" are them playing god.

So we are changing that now.

The ancient ethnocentric elite realize now, that the technology is way to fucking dangerous for them to play god with it more. Also, the fact that the Chinese, Japanese, Russians, Thais, Koreans and many others have told them to stop doing it helps make them realize that this new system of honesty must be constructed to prevent a technological doomsday.

Listen to Fulford. He has already discussed this. But my addition is the fact that they now realize that their ancient ethnocentrism will cause a technological doomsday.

The people of China and Japan now have in their hands a historic opportunity to create permanent peace on earth. The inbred clans that have been fomenting vast wars around the planet for the past several hundred years are bankrupt. If the Asians have the courage, they will demand, in exchange for agreeing to a bail-out, that the Americans and Europeans participate in negotiations to create a world government.

This would not be the tyrannical New World Order long planned by the white elite. Rather it would be a government that works for the interests of the average person and life form on this planet. Such a government would be the minimum necessary to replace war with court battles and ensure equal opportunity for all humans and safety for all creatures.

We need such a government because humanity has already wiped out 30% of the species on the planet even as millions starve and wars rage. This is because the world financial system we know have acts like a giant black hole sucking money away from the poor and the weak. Simply by taking money from trillionaires who could never possibly spend it, we could put $100,000 in the hands of each person on earth.

The Chinese and Japanese now have the leverage to demand that the Americans open up their secret bases for world inspection as well as release all the technology they have hidden for their own benefit. With such technology we could make the deserts and arctic regions bloom with life even as we travel to the stars.

A world government would allow us to replenish the seas with fish and rebuild our precious eco-systems. The poor could become well-educated, well-nourished and filled with hope.

If on the other hand, the Asians agree to bail out the Nazis who have taken over the US government, they will continue with their horrific genocidal plans. They will simply continue to manufacture disease, war and starvation in order to maintain their grip on humanity.

We are at a historical moment of great import. We have reached a harmonic situation where the peoples of the world face a choice between a win-win solution and a lose-lose solution. I sure hope the Asians grab their destiny.

because there are many things you don't know
because your perception is flawed
selective perception can never be called "honesty"

Pursuasion won't take much. It will probably take about one hour for most people, but a few days for the rest. Once people see what can be done with the tech, they will get very scared, but also very enlightened as to the technology paradigm.

By all means, suggest something. They are listening. You have their ear. This is a rare opportunity.

I don't predict tomorrow. Probably...not sure.

Yes that's him. Remember he's only as good as the information they are providing him. Some specific items have been dis-information, but the general truth is very real.
