I'm on a detox program, which normally has effects on me, making me more sensitive emotional, irritable and troubling me with bad moods.

To my surprise, the bad moods got "cleansed away" when I read the poems and weep. Then I fall asleep. Woke up after that with a smile on my face, a calm overall feeling, a knowing that everything will be alright.

After that, I proceed with my long day. During dinner time, while waiting for my bf to return from work, I sat at a cafe, waiting for him. He's 20 mins late because of traffic. I am tired, and felt so weak. Normally when he's late and I'm tired, I'll be calling him nervously every 5 mins and throw tantrums.

But this time, it's WAY different. I have no desire for tantrums. I was calm, remained calm, and we ended up having a lovely beautiful day. In spite that I am still on detox.

Point is, there's something about the Wingmakers material that switched a button inside me, reassuring me that everything's alright, that life is too precious for disturbing it with negativity, and that..the ones you love..are the gems of your heart, no matter what.
