I'M OVER ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE DELAWARE, ABOUT 300 MILES FROM THE OP AND THIS MORNING ON THE WAY TO WORK I PASSED SEVERAL CIVILIAN FLATBEDS CARRYING 2 HUMMERS A PIECE WITH THE SQUARE COMMO CONTAINER BOXES ON BACK. THEY WERE WOODLAND CAMO AND TWO OF THE BOXES (I PASSED FOUR TRUCKS TOTAL, THERE MAY HAVE BEEN MORE, THEY WERE TRAVELING A COUPLE OF MILES APART) WERE PAINTED SAND.

THE UNIT MARKINGS WERE CECOM (I'M NOT GOING TO GIVE THE EXACT BECAUSE THAT WOULD TECHNICALLY BE A VIOLATION OF OPSEC, THOUGH WHY THEY HADN'T SPEED TAPED THE BUMPER NUMBERS AND UNIT DESIGNATIONS IS BEYOND ME)
I DID GO LOOK UP CECOM BECAUSE I'M NOT THAT FAMILIAR WITH IT AND FOUND THIS WEBSITE-

FT MONMOUTH IS IN NJ ALTHOUGH THESE TRUCKS WERE HEADING SOUTHBOUND OUT OF THE AREA, MAYBE TO WILMINGTON, DE FOR TRANSSHIPMENT? WHO KNOWS. WHAT CAUGHT MY ATTENTION WAS THE TOBYHANNA LINK ON THE WEBSITE- I KNOW THAT'S EASTERN PA, BUT ALL THE SAME IT REMINDED ME OF YOUR THREAD.
I HAVE SEEN A MARKED INCREASE IN MILITARY PRESENCE IN MY AREA, FAR OUT OF THE ORDINARY.
BRAC activities maybe? Much of Ft. Monmouth's activities are moving to Ft. Meade. Think about what else is at Meade, and the commo boxes make sense.
Why can I never find Elmer when I need him?

I thought about that and in that case I did a good thing.
Or, they are looking for neighborhood snitches when they institute a martial law governing system. Good eyes aren't acquired through newspaper ads, they are discovered. If that is the case, I just got myself a NWO job, lol. |

What gets me is the loading of ammo boxes and crates.
Obviously weapons or special purpose equipment. Could be lethal weaponry or could be non-lethal crowd control. |

Hello to all! I have been monitoring your posts the last couple of days. As I am not from your home state of PA. I am a resident of Washington State. I am just as concerned with the "State of Our Union", as you are. I am fearing that the many rumors of "Martial Law" being enacted or implimented are trully becoming a reality. I am a very perceptive individual and i see so many pieces of the puzzle coming together. As it has been stated in previous posts, i believe that there should be a thread dedicated to all individuals in the union to post "military sightings/activity" in there locality and leave it to this forum to determine motives, objectives etc. As I do not have a dedicated home PC. I am taking this time while at work with few patients to contact you. My only method of observation is via my cell phone. I again do not know you all but i wish to give my congrads to the gentleman and his wife and the new baby! As i do not know when i will beable to post again, I wish to say hello to you all and it was a pleasure to have been apart of your conversations. |

We have enough eye witness reports of military deployments on US soil.
I want to make something clear though. We do not know the nature of the activities that are underway as we speak. Therefor, we do not know if it is for good or bad purposes. I grew up in a military family and I do have great respect for the armed forces. Good men and women they are. I do, however, question the leadership. Especially the commander in chief.
It's too hard to say what is going on these days.

just a thought: this could be a test to see how long it takes to get concerned people to respond. then they monitor the net to see how it affects the general population.
a "sampling" so to speak like commercials do. it gives them a hint how to respond to any given situation. ( a psychological profile) |

Did the boxes come from the inside of the house? Has anyone checked to see who owns this house? Has anyone talked to some of the neighbors to find out if this is a rental, and if so, who is renting....how long....etc.
I still say, there should have been a phone call to the local HOTLINE for the local newspaper, congruent with a email or call to the local channel news.
Those avenues have been very successful for me in the past, with similar situations.
I am very curious, where the crates were being stored, before they were put in the HMMVE....
I also think that it isnt too late to call a HOTLINE and get some reporting on other local military vehicles parked around the area.......... But, its gotta be HOT... the news wants to grab the headlines. |

and just mull this over, the more it actually bothers me.
Either this is a GLP prank, that went over VERY WELL, and got alot of views, and we are all the fools for it, OR..... it is something very OUT OF ORDER!
JUST WHAT WAS THAT VEHICLE DOING THERE FOR 6 DAYS?????
This just doesnt make sense. Even if soldiers were staying in that house, they should not have a military authorized HMMVE there, with equipment in it...............
I cannot beleive it was authorized to be left there, in a residential setting like that.......and to have soldiers in uniform show up 6days later>???? This doesnt add up FOLKS.
Is the joke on us??? Was this a prank??? Some creative airbrushing of the HMMVE....?

Well, I have news.
I was told, not too long after notifying the media, the operator, dressed in camos, packed up a duffel bag, some metal boxes which are thought to be ammo boxes and a couple of larger rectangular boxes into the hummer and drove off. My 'friend' believed there was another person who arrived to aid in pack up and go with. It hasn't been back since.
Anyone with any ideas on the cargo? Anyone with experience in this kind of stuff?
It seems the media was working for them or they called the National Guard and THEY ordered it somewhere else.
I'm going to call others to see if they noticed any changes in the remaining 12 we heard of. Probably won't hear news about all of them for a little while yet. A lot of them were seen on occasion.
It might just be a good time for "Media Followup"!
As a concerned citizen, you want to know what they found out? Will it be in the papers tomorrow so that the rest of the civilians questions will be put to rest?

It smells like a Urban Op...however, the protocol is not correct. They have broke ALL the regular rules to such an OP if indeed that is what it was.
It also does NOT sit well that this operator guy just showed up, loaded stuff in the HMMVE and drove off.....
First of all, where did this operator (driver I am assuming) come from? The house? Another vehicle?
There is too many unanswered questions here........

Besides, the picture shows it all. The vehicle, the sidewalk, the parking block, the date, ect.
I agree with you, the more I had thought about it the more funky it felt. You are absolutely right, it doesn't make sense. A whole line of vehicles would be instantly alarming where this is just as alarming but it takes time for the nature of the event to sink in.
Again, you have my word, this is no joke.
The HMMWV hasn't returned today. I think they have moved on. But it still doesn't answer what happened and still, something may come of it yet. |
