There ya go...28th ID..National Guard out of Harrisburg, why they have humvees overnighting in residential neighborhoods, who knows...very not normal, but I wouldn't worry about it.

Would it be standard to place the wheel block behind the tire when in park on duty? This seems like an active duty kind of safety precaution and not some casual parking job.

plus, I have a gut feeling and it's not cool. I would seriously have an anxiety attack having to call media on this. Thats what also bothers me. I don't ignore my gut feelings, they really saved me a few times in my life.
