Would it be standard to place the wheel block behind the tire when in park on duty? This seems like an active duty kind of safety precaution and not some casual parking job. |

Yes, when you park the vehicle, chalk the wheel(s), unless in a tactical situation where you may need to move quickly. |

Right.
It seems like something that would NOT be done if the vehicle were used in a casual manner.
This is a live unit, among 13 others known so far, operating on US soil near a major city. What is the operation? Who authorized it? |

Call the tv news dept. and let them check it out.
Plus, I may be turning myself in, if you know what I mean. WHos to say...they would get my phone # and yes, I posted it but try to figure out which of the few people living here posted it. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 505084 Sooner or later someone is going to report it. |

nothing but the Hummer. I looked inside it too, nothing but a metal clip board box and what appears to be radio/communications equipment. The equipment was impressive looking and seemed to be bolted/secured to the floor centered in the middle of the vehicle.
The home is was visiting next door, family, sad there were a guy and a gal that moved in next door. They were fatigues (spelling), camo gears. It is suspected they are the occupants.
I'm thinking about walking up to their door and asking them personally. But with a little sly talk. I know how to get people to talk. I studied NLP for sometime. |

actually that site has a terrible definition.
It is similar to hypnosis in a way. You achieve a result from another human by intereacting with them and causing them to do, act, think or say something by subliminal command.
