I'll tell you what it is:
Israel has told us that if Obama is elected they will not allow Iran to stand and develop nuclear weapons with a United States weak on foreign policy.
My prediction: If Obama is elected, Israel goes to war with Iran before Obama can do anything about it, dragging us, and him, into it.
That is also what Biden was talking about re: Obama's "test".
