It is time for a new United States Constitution...
and a new form of federal government created by it.

Its time for a new Constitution. The old one, as great as it was, has seen the end of its useful days. If it could speak, it would ask you "people, please give me a child, I am getting old and my time is growing short."

Some may say "No, its because the Constitution isnt being followed in the first place." or "if we could just get back to following the laws of the Constitution in the first place." ... but THIS ITSELF shows exactly how it has served its usefulness and is now in need of replacement. If it cannot preserve itself and a benevolent and prosperous America in this day and time, then it has served its useful shelf-life.
Some will say, "But Ive sworn an oath to defend the Constitution." ... but its time for reality to sink in and for all to wake up and smell the rapidly changing times, and the dire need to save and better our country and the rest of the world with it.

The best form of government for America would be some form of a direct democracy - one in which all the people acting as one can remove laws they dislike, and can create those they desire. The final form the new Constitution takes would be decided by the people, in their first votes of direct democracy itself. Of course, our educational systems would have to be altered to teach people to how to be active members of a direct democracy.

the original is just fine.. It has not failed the people but instead the people have failed to take action making sure the constitution is upheld .

The people have slowly sat back and watched it be slowly shredded , but they don't care as they have their big screen TV's Ipods, strabucks coffee.


In the past 8 years the size of the US Government has grown by 60% and Bills have been signed into law that VOID your rights , example Patriot acts 1,2 literally have made all US citizens enemy combatants.


The Government is supposed to SERVE THE PEOPLE , NOT THE PEOPLE SERVE THE GOVERNMENT. It is time for the people to rise up and take a stand against the tyranical machine called Government .

Direct democracy? You idiot! How do you think we got here in the first place? Our Republic has been replaced by a democracy by traitors in our government. Democracy is what Karl Marx advocated to bring down a free Republic so it could be rebuilt to further world communism.

As far as 'the Constitution should be scrapped because it can't defend itself', just shows you're an even bigger idiot! The Constitution of the united States is a piece of paper, on which great men wrote down TIMELESS principles of liberty gleaned from the history of governments going back centuries. These principles must be defended by just men. Unjust men tear down our Republic for power, campaign contributions and the ever popular "socialist revolution".

If you want to know what kind of government we have now. Take a copy of the Constitution and a copy of the communist manifesto and read them.

Find out which one has...

1. a central bank controlling all credit (Fed Reserve bank).
2. government control of education (dept of Ed).
3. government control of agriculture (dept of Ag).
4. a progressive income tax (IRS).
5. centralization of communication (FCC)

And as for this country becoming great once again...aint gonna happen! Why? Because we have become a godless nation hell bent on destruction. We are a selfish, fattened bunch raised on entitlement philosophy and histrionic conditioning.

We are a perverse generation who forgets the great lessons of life, or rather, I wouldn't say forgets, but rather forsakes. Unless and until every heart in this nation "gets it right"...we will go the way of the empires of old, into oblivion.

It is up to the people to decide if they want to live free as a citizen or to live on their knees as a subject to be controlled .
Most people today are pussified frikking wimps who cower in fear at the thought of actually having to fight for their freedom as they may mess up their $200 manicure or get their hands dirty.

The Real citizens who support and back the US Constitution are ready to fight to the death for the right to be free citizens and not just for themsleves but their family grandchildren, neighbors and generations to follow.


It is a disgrace to hear people say " we can't do anything" in short it means They don't want to do anything as long as they have all the luxuries of ,fast food, 24hr shopping malls, cell phones, as it would kill them to give up the smallest luxury or one drop of their blood .

I do not advocate centralization of anything. Its the EXACT OPPOSITE. A true direct democracy that is well-designed and capable of defending itself does not lead to communism, it leads to the opposite end of the spectrum from it.

ask anyone you know if they have actually READ the Constitution, or even the Declaration, 90% havent, if we merely followed our own Constitution we wouldnt be in this mess, we do not need a new one.

If we were enforcing the constitution ..you could show up in washington DC with about 1000 arrest warrants..and get all of them..congress, senate, the administration , all of them..

The 10th Amendment actually says this:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.


Declaration of an illegal government

Be it known unto the citizens of our countries that the enemy has once again slithered into the corridors of power. It has seized the reigns of our constitution that was to steer us into the path of peace and has steered it off course onto a path of destruction. One problem with doing this is that we will need an alternative to the current illegal tender system? Something that is backed up with something tangible like silver and goal or labour in the bank. A monetary system that could only be used for nationals and national comapnies and could only be used to buy products, goods and services within the country of origin. Its the only way to reclaim the soveignty thats been lost to the NWO. This national currency could also be used interchangeably with the global currency that we have that is about to colapase. Then when it colapses we would still have a currency to work with that would be backed up with something real.

After the global currency colapses we would be able to lock up many of the treasonous traitors that engineered and prosituted our countries out to the multinational corporate criminals that have centralized all the markets and industries through their craftiness and deceit.

Sounds like a legitimate plan....I hate to think what the alternative might be.

What you propose, a "direct democracy" with "people acting as one", is EXACTLY what the framers of our constitution were trying to AVOID. That's why it's set up the way it is in the first place. To AVOID a mob rule mentality.

Sadly, we have forgotten that states created the federal government, not the other way around. The Electoral College system represents an attempt, however effective, to limit federal power and preserve states’ rights. It is an essential part of our federalist balance. There are two things that define a sovereign nation:

Clearly defined borders.

The Laws that govern the land and its people.

Many have fought and died to preserve the contents of the Constitution.

If this country has any chance again of defining itself as a just and righteous country, then it must adhere to the rules which govern it.

The OP has it wrong. By REDEFINING the rules to adapt to ill-characters and their personal desires, you are destroying the system that this country was founded and built. This is a recipe for despotism.

The United States of America is not perfect, and it should not be, as no system devised by men can be perfect. But if you can give me one example as to a perfect system of governance, then please provide that as a prototype.

Rather than asking for blessing, I think we should all be saying God HELP America.

What you propose, a "direct democracy" with "people acting as one", is EXACTLY what the framers of our constitution were trying to AVOID. That's why it's set up the way it is in the first place. To AVOID a mob rule mentality.
