Overview of Jeff Rense Interview with Cliff & George, the “Time Monks” of Half Past Human (halfpasthuman.com/urbansurvival.com):
Show starts out with discussion of “Asteroid 2008 TC3”, saying it has hit Earth and exploded in atmosphere over northern Sudan. The explosion created a fireball as bright as a full moon.
Time Monks says this is part of the terra language (Terra =earth events, meteors, storms earthquakes, etc). Also cite the series of“alarming earthquakes and aftershocks” as part of this language.
Terra events take up (aprx.) 20% of the October 7th "release language", 51% of release focused on economy, 40% concerned with military.
The “building language” to October 7th began in early February of this year.
George says that we have not yet transferred into release language. We are still at the building tension. The release comes at 7:10 A.M.GMT, 12:10 A.M. Pacific Time, 3:10 A.M. EST October 7th, 2008. Financial emotional release still due. Still have a lot of “unwinding” to go.
OCTOBER 7th
* .... doesn’t necessarily have to be restricted to the U.S., it is a global phenomenon. Cliff makes mention of the failure of Icelandic currency….
* ..... is a “schism point” at which we leave “normality” and never return.
* We will feel the effects of the October 7th event by as late as Thursday of this week unless it a large singular event that occurs.
* There is an “epic level of events occurring right now” that we have never seen before. In other words, we have never seen change on this level.
How this works:
* The release language manifestations could happen in multiple ways. The event could be something huge. Could also happen with a small event that sets off a chain reaction… small event contributes to something major that develops later on…. inter-related small events build up to something huge.
9/11 Compared to 10/7
* The data for 9/11 showed 7 days of effective release language where everyone was “venting”. Following this was a plateau that held for eleven days. Current projections show intense release language sustaining for around five months (especially in the U.S.). This will be a shared global experience that effects the entire population on the planet as a whole. The release language “rolls” around the planet. Early this morning it will start this “rolling”. The release language accompanies the emotional release from your body, it is fear realized. When we hit the release language you should know about it. It will continue unabated until March 2009. “The old paradigm is dying, once we shift into release language, there is no return.” Life will not be the same after the emotional release. Credit card statements probably won’t be pertinent 6 to 7 months from now.
o Massive financial collapse and reorganization about to occur.
+ George says, “in many ways the period ahead looks like it will be the delayed start of the 2nd great depression.” The largest possible bubble has been created… derivatives. The second largest bubble was the global housing boom in developing countries.… having gotten to this point we literally are on the verge of replaying the depression that happened in the 1930s. However, the events of the 1930s were much slower than what this will be.

Time Monks recommend printing out all financial balances from all of your online sources.
Any surprises?
* Only surprise is how the breakdown is preceding on more of a “sectoral” line than predicted. The links between computer systems are making it appear different.
How many people were involved with pulling off the financial crisis?
* It goes right down to the membership of the “Bilderbergers”. They have an unexplained motivation for initiating the crisis. Will pay with their own karmic debt.
Questions relating to previous interview:
* Dimensional holes, previously discussed in coast to coast interview…
o Dimensional holes will open up and swallow some of the powers that be.
+ Powers that be will become unsettled and start walking with groups of bodyguards. Incident where powers that be and group of bodyguards will just disappear. Time Monks estimate this will occur in 2009.
* Alien invasion, previously discussed in coast to coast interview…
o Language still building solidly for this to occur. If this has been pre-planned, by the powers that be, it will build up for a while before it manifests around 2011.
* Election
o A lot of confusion, beyond that of the 2000 presidential election.
o Possible there will be no election.
o It will take a while to work itself out.
o It is harder to read into this because election language is “hot”.
o The archetype for the election is “confusion”.
NEW PROJECTIONS:
* Newer release language suggests something about an incident where around 40 people will be shot on American soil.
* The “social contract” will no longer be applicable.
o
Problem with breakdown of “social contract”: As the currency is debased how do we pay police, firemen,prison guards…etc.
* People will become squatters that settle in random houses.
* There is a point in 2009 where there will be “warfare between law enforcement”.
* A personality in the video production industry will emerge. Videos created by this personality will go viral and catalyze a global revolution against the powers that be. This revolution will begin in 2009. It is not a revolution against America, rather all of the powers that be. All future videos described as “viral” will be compared to this video. Time Monks speculate this personality could be Miss Naomi Wolf. She has already released videos that contain all of the “revolution language”.
* Politicians are going to have people confronting them on streets aggressively (as if they are mixed in with the people).
* The planet is going through serious suffering.
* The powers that be are facing dire circumstances.
o They will have their plans "thrown out of wack".
o They think of themselves as all-powerful.Their plans will fail.
* Important dynamic about gold.
o The price of gold should have gone up dramatically accept that a lot of the hedge funds are finding they have to unwind profitable gold positions.
o The real powers that be seem to be acquiring gold and hoarding it.
* Info coming out of Russia.
o Setting off nuclear material may have an effect in multiple dimensions.
o Distortion fields can become disturbed by a lot of radioactivity.
o Setting off nukes could be destabilizing the whole universe.
Projections for 2009-2010
* Different but epic.
o Keeps going that way for years.
o Over the next couple of years the magnitude of the change will leave people frozen and unable to cope.
+ People will become mentally ill. This will be augmented by poor diet and bad weather. The stressors surrounding people will be horrific.
# If these predictions are correct, there will not be a pharmaceutical industry, work force, etc.
+ This could be a staggering shift.
+ Next year, the level of caring about money will be a fraction of what it is today (unclear whether this is about just America or whole world).
+ The dollar will lose its status as the global reserve currency.
+ People will be more concerned about food and water.
The powers that be want us to be willing slaves afraid to depart from their nurturing. The universe seems to favor a different outcome. The powers that be know time is running out, and are desperate to complete their plans.

Markets Crackkk
Narrative - The imagery coming from the newly processed immediacy data and focused on next week and beyond (+2 weeks) goes to the idea of “desperate hands” that will grip “the markets” in a seizure.
This can also be interpreted as the secondary level as “grasp,” “enclosure,” “restrictions,” an d others descriptors, all of which are participatory of “restrictions of movement.”
The immediacy data is filled with archetypes for a “great holding still” and “no movement,” throughout the system/lands. Further imagery includes modifying aspect/attribute sets for “rigidity” which is related to “brittleness,” and “desperation,” at deep archetypal levels.
Keywords – desperate hands, grip markets, seizure, grasp, enclosure, restrictions on movement, a great holding still, no movement throughout the system or the lands, rigidity, brittleness, desperation.
November 14 - December, 2008
Giant Loud Noise, Shock
Narrative – As the market entity is progressed past the first 14 days of November we get into a period of the release language where the bulge in the immediacy data is headed by the aspect/attribute of a “giant loud noise.” This “giant loud noise” aspect/attribute is supported as the level of “shock.” The detail layers which accrue from the immediacy sets go repeatedly to “shock,” “stunned,” “bowel release,” “bladder release,” and other archetypes for a “shock to the body that causes trauma.”
The data includes imagery for “thundering shock heard across the world,” “alarm,” and “release of forces from control,” as well as, “knocking knees,” “fainting,” and “falling over.” All of the patterns of the supporting layers are favoring a view of “suppression,” which is “breaking loose,” in such as way as to “cascade around the planet.” This “large noise shock” let loose by the “breaking” and “fracturing” of the “control system” is indicated by market entity movement in December which just keeps moving along despite all efforts to “push back.”
A quote from Cliff on this one: Our saving grace is that it appears to be in the market area mainly. So this is probably only an economic shock, but we do have to say that we have data indicating, as everyone is aware of, and some people are scared of, the possible movement of Israeli, or other groups, to do something really stupid and cause a problem. This language could be read, especially in conjunction with the market entity of a planet where our markets are extremely brittle and fragile at the moment, and a single attach by a rogue state would set off a chain reaction of events, which would not only have military repercussions, but would instantly “cascade” the largest planetary economic collapse that anyone could ever conceive because such an attack instantly divides the planet in warring sub-factions and there will no longer be globalization as we know it.
December 22 - January 26, 2008
There is a break in the language or “bump” if you will. This period seems to indicate less of a steep grade of emotion. After January 26 things pick up again significantly.
January 26 is given as a possible “test” date. (Cliff makes reference to Biden’s comments regarding a “generated crisis” that will “test” Barrack Obama.)
January 26, 2008 – Early Spring ‘09 (guessing though not entirely sure but is after Jan. 26)
Forecast out form three days of these signs, which will precede the first visible evidence of the death of the dollar.
Narrative – The data suggests that “sorcerers,” “witches,” “pundits,” “repudiated experts,” and “technocrats,” will be consulted in large number. Reforms will be suggested in an attempt to find what works. From the pint oat which the “officialdom” becomes “daily engaged,” which the data suggest makes things a whole lot worse. The aspect/attribute sets are in support of “rigid,” “stiff system,” and “danger,” or “rigidity,” that causes “cracks,” and/or “breaks in the system”. The “cracks in the system” are supported as being “critical” or at a “critical juncture.” The data makes specific references to the heart of the system being “stifled.” Further the data includes support for “wringing out the system of all bad habits.” These “bad habits” are specifically visible with some of the language. This is seemingly important as a temporal marker as it will preceed the first visible evidence of the “death of the dollar.” The data sets accruing therefore forecast a period of 3 days from the “renunciation” or “wringing out of all the bad habits” in which the body and mind of the system all contain structures will be perceived, felt, and torn apart by the “pressures.” There is also data that suggests “sorcerers,” and “wizards,” will be consulted just before the “officialdom” decides to revert to “bad habits.” This is then the temporal marker for the last 1/3 of the markets destruction.
Late Spring ’09 into Fall
Death of the full faith and credit of the U.S. government and default of, by , and to the Federal Reserve banksters. This is not a surprise but full of emotion stress. “Collapse of U.S. dollar,” and “repudiation of all obligations” by “ruling elite government of U.S. Bilderberger,” including all “expected social contracts” which will cause “plunge” into the release language phase of the “revolution” meme in the U.S.
Mid-Late 2009
All rules will be in a state of flux.
Living in abandoned strip malls and other commercial buildings. Squatting in empty houses becomes an accepted way of living in U.S by late 2009.
All components of “U.S. social contract,” including law, trade, property rights, interpersonal communications will dissolve and/or be reconstituted over the Summer of 2009. And it’s not to say that this process is anything but merely begun next Summer. |

I just finished reading all 97 pages of ALTA report 709.
The general picture is a complete collapse of the markets this fall and winter followed by death of the dollar in spring 2009 with a collapse of consumer spending in November of 2007 and more bad continuing bad news in the financial markets throughout the period .
This will be the cause of the Revolution which will begin to take root this year and will be worldwide and will focus against TPTB.
Attacks and killing of religious leaders in December as a result of the TPTB attempting to coopt the leaders to control their congregations for the benefit of TPTB. Church and Synogoge burnings were hinted at.
Deliberate food poisonings by foodmakers in December leading to revenge killings of those involved by enraged relatives of the deceased.
Terra event December 10 and 12. Could be quake locus pacific Northwest. Possible volcano.
The paradigm shift that commenced October 7 will result in a increasing and widespread anger at TPTB who will have to have bodygaurds. A viral video of a TPTB higher up followed by an assasination the next week will result in a law making it a felony to have a camera Alex Jones style around TPTB personnel.
Here's a real wild one: After the food shortages start, bankers will be hunted down and barbequed (eaten) by angry mobs.
Increase in UFO sightings later in this year.
Self Organizing Collectives where people band together and start new self sufficient communities to weather the storm.
Those are just a few.
Fascinating stuff.

I just heard Jim Cramer say tonight that we can call the current time a downturn, or recession, or bump but we "dare not call it a depression".
That would fit the restriction on language meme spanning from 10/22 through 11/14. Quoting: Lily

Read up on Roman Greek Persian and Babylonian empires. Also read up on the little ice age. I know its a lot to digest Im sorry you are sad. Get close to your family and friends. This is how people got thru the 1930s. Prepare now and buy 6 months of food. Make sure to get stuff that will last for next 2 years. My heart tugs at me. Im sorry you are sad. Also pray.
