Trying to make it sound like a great mover and shaker to get more people buying it. Eventually if enough people buy into the BS, then the stock will move up. Then you "dump" your shares and take your profits from the artificial increase. The stock then goes back down eventually because there was no real reason for it to go up in the first place, just people "pumping" it. |

After people start making money, because of the investors, they put stops on their stocks, the stop says if it falls below a certain price, then to sell. Then all the investors sell the stock at once, dumping it, after its maxed, which causes the stock to drop, triggers the automatic stops, and crashes the stock price. Then they can go back in and buy their holdings at a fraction of the cost. |

But its really worthless, then people buy stock in it and it drives the stock up. The creators own stock from when its 0, and sell it when its high and the investors lose their money basically having it stolen by the creators. They are always off exchange unregulated pink sheets stocks so they fall outside of some of the regulation kind of like Forex. |
