As far as his BC being sealed? it's probably more protected than most I would assume, but not sealed as if in a legal sense, they would be pretty irresponsible to just have it in whatever file cabnet with barkley and charles Obama, but it's not under a court seal from him as far as I know. Pretty sure I read that the Gov said he could get a copy immediately any time he asked. She doesn't like Barky much I heard, so I doubt she was too happy to hear she sealed anything regarding him.
