Yes! I forgot!! CLEAR YOUR CACHE!  Thanks for the clue, Rota (googling unnecessary services}. Bookmarked!  As usual, I'm way behind again...heh A very simple program i use is Ccleaner Its free and very simple and easy to use. You can download it here: [ link to www.ccleaner.com] You can run it to clean out all unnecessary files and then run it to fix all bad Registry entries.
