Time is based off of limited perception in human form.

Has anyone seen Peaceful Warrior? I only caught the last half hour of the show last night. Nick Nolte was teaching this young gymnast pretty much the same thing.

It's the journey...not the outcome. Stay in the moment.

The past is already gone and the future is always in flux.

The past is history and the future is future history, the NOW is where you exist. The philosophy of living in the now helps you to not fret over the past since it cant be changed and helps you not to worry about the future since what happens in the now is the most important. Be happy today if all is good and dont worry about the future. The more happy you are now the better your future will be. I am not saying to be impracticable about your future since we always do things to be prepared for our future but dont dwell on what is not you in the NOW.

Time is a measurement. Why attack time? Its like killing the messenger. Time is like a ruler. If you had wanted 18 inches, but only got 9 inches, why blame the ruler.

It takes 365.25 days for our planet to orbit our sun. Thats how long it takes, and we have learned how to measure it.

hmmm..that's coming up either short or long, depending on the type of ruler...
