There was one working at an Olive Garden in Georgia a long time ago. It was obvious because of the Adam's Apple and generally I have a keen eye regardless. She was pulling it off quite well and many guys were hitting on her with absolutely no clue at all, including my friend. He was informed later that night he was hitting on a guy, you could tell he knew it inside but was trying with all his might to deny it!

Just hilarious to me anyway. ;)
