60606 is a zip code for Chicago's loop. Obama lives in Hyde Park 3 miles (at least) south and it has a different zip code; 60637.

I had that zip code however when I worked at 401 south state street.

The Willis Tower (formerly Sears) is on the other side of the loop, as any one who has seen the Blues Brothers, or lived in Chicago, knows, Wacker drive forms a backwards L around the north and west side of Chicago's CBD.
