I remember Barry being groomed a long time ago to be prez -- but there's his citizenship/birth certificate issue and the electorates don't cast their votes until Dec. 15th--right? So he's still the "preemptive" President just like he preempted the primaries and stole it from Hillary. Barry is a polished speaker with NLP/Mass Hypnosis skills (no joke here) but when you hear him speak in conversation it often seems he doesn't know what to say, for instance: "I, I, I, think, think, think, we, we, we, should . . ." He talks like that in threes when it's off the cuff.
