He can't be.

To be a mason you NEED to believe in an all all powerful deity (be it Christian, Deist, Islamic etc.).

Re: Is Richard Dawkins a Freemason ?
Whether he is a Freemason or not is irrelevant. His rabid dis-belief in God, and preachings, makes one thing absolutely clear...

HE THINKS HE IS GOD, his religion is Darwinism.

The man is an utter asshole (sorry for anyone offended by profanity, but I can't think of a more fitting adjective)
 Quoting: FT65 527834

He doesn't claim miracles which is the pure definition of god (being able of doing anything).

Also can you please tell me how darwinism is exactly a religion and how you would define a religion then?

Darwinism has no evidence to back up its wild claims like a chicken comes from a T rex, hence darwinism is a faith system ,ie a form of religion

Darwinists have even been caught faking fossils to promote this weird atheist theory and people like richard darwkins are absolute fanatics who foam at the mouth if you question their B.S

Dawkins "preaches" with the same fervour as a fundamentalist. He is not trying to argue from rational position, he is trying to win converts.

To be a Freemason you need to believe in a monotheistic religion.

So no he can't be one.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 513931

In case you don't believe me;

[link to www.ewtn.com]

[link to www.srmason-sj.org]

"Freemasonry confirms and complements religious faith and church participation. The principles of our Fraternity are based on the same moral absolutes that form the foundation of all true faith. Every Mason must believe in a Supreme Being. He must strive to live morally in accordance with the highest standards of individual character and social conduct. Consequently, every Mason abides by the "Golden Rule," however stated, and labors in all aspects of his life to fulfill Freemasonry's goals of charity in both senses of the word---philanthropy to those in need and loving brotherhood for all the members of humankind."
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 513931

No DOUBT!!!!!
They believe in a monotheistic religion and worship Lucifer. They also want to bring down Christianity by putting one of their own as pontiff which ,sadly to say, they have done with the current pope.
To get back on track,
It isn't scientific investigation of Darwinism ( a freemason) that's forbidden -- it's public debate of the findings of such research. Most educated, rational people will find it almost impossible to believe that the debate of Darwinism through mainstream news papers and the principal TV channels is forbidden. I still find it hard to believe myself.

The article below was first commissioned and later censored by the Times Higher Education Supplement [link to www.alternativescience.com] (The circumstances under which it came to be censored, following the intervention of Dr Richard Dawkins ( hence was a free mason, are described in the pages on Scientific Censorship).
Sadly, this site got also censored.

PLease go to this link and read. You won;t find it in any bookstores, and was written by a member of the catholic church who are against the freemasons.

Darwinism is a scientific theory, not a religion, but some supporters of that theory, such as Dawkins, are so fanatical about it that to them it has become almost like a religion. Dawkins and his ilk need to become less ideological and more truly scientific. Then they can look at the Darwin theory objectively and see where it is right and where it is wrong and needs to be modified. Science changes. Dogma does not.

Yes, he is. That's why he hates on the Catholic Church so much: Freemasons and the Catholic Church are mortal enemies. Freemasons are also allowed to lie with impunity if it furthers the interests of the Lodge or if it serves the interests of fellow Masons.

Dawkins is also a good candidate for the False Prophet mentioned in St. John's Apocalyspe.

Anonymous Coward,

You lose that bet. The militant atheist Richard Dawkins is definitely NOT a Mason(47=M13+A1+S19+O+N14). The main requirement to becoming a Mason is belief in GOD: the "Grand Architect of this Universe" (G.A.O.T.U.).

That should wipe out all doubt . But if someone is still a bit skeptical.
There's something you need to seriously consider.

Be very careful of what you exclude yourself from.

One life to get it right.

If you have any questions about that video you can go to the youtube site and your questions will more than likely be answered ,

A comment from the utube page I thought worth mentioning,

Alvin Ambers

Mathematics is far from my strong point, so I have to pay particular attention to presentations like this.

None-the-less, I can appreciate the implications of the mathematical "science" presented.

Just as a personal observation, I would suggest that in accounting for the relatively miniscule disparity (I think less than 3% in the most extreme), could lie in God's awareness that His created Flesh children would suffer a limitation in pronunciation which would not allow Him to give them names for things which would be perfect.

Similarly, we cannot see all colors with our natural eyes, and there are almost certainly colors we have no names for.
Again, too, I am reminded of fractals.

The implications of this presentation are, in a word, ASTOUNDING.

I think you just have to believe in a "supreme power"... this is their "grand architect" or "divine mind/mechanism" governing the cosmos.. the hermetic god.. seems like it gets fairly ambiguous..

Anyways, Richard Dawkins seems like too much of a naive moron to be a freemason... he is just completely self-deluded I think... definitely under demonic influence though, so at least he has something in common with the masons.

You can also be an extremely useful idiot.

He might be a mason... I don't know.. I bet he has a lot of freemasons in his family, and I'm sure his handlers/promoters have a lot of masons in them.. he just doesn't come off as a mason to me...

One thing though is that Dawkins' affiliations and his past seem to be kept very secret... hard to find out much about it, I've looked...

They are "Humanists" though... they worship man... lots of occult influence behind that stuff... I tend to think the hardline atheists are more useful idiots than anything, though
