Anybody who's paying attention to her is cooool in Sarah's mind, she's an attention addict ( to put it nice ).
Another example, the Nicolas Sarkozy prank call, same reaction, ooooh aahh thank you for calling me.... ME !!! little Sarah from Alaska...omg.. can you imagine that wow wow coooool cool, you betcha.
