I have all of those sympoms and more. Probably some "HepaFlu".

f you close your eyes and focused on leaving your physicalbody and actualy feel your soul try and float or claw its way up and out, that's a sign. If when you sleep you can drift into the supersubconcious then your doing good.

The other night i kept waking up because my arm was pointed at the celing. Like I was reaching for something in my sleep. Every 10 minutes I would slip back into sleep and try to switch arms but I would wake myself up again with my arm stretched to the celing.

Which arm was pointed at the ceiling? The brains left side is the logical or male side and the right is the emotional intuitive side. However in metaphysics the right side of your body represents the male side/ dweling and power in the world. The left side is your femal side/ one that contacts spiritual power. So depending on the arm which was raised perhaps that side needs your attention asap. I'll speak of your senses in a second.

All kinds of weird shit. The changes aren't permanent, they sort of ebb and flow.

To turn it off is tricky sometimes, when you lay down in the state between sleep and awake you can tap into your sbconcious. It is there that you have to ask that this power be turned off until you need it. Repeat it several times to yourself, demand your senses return to normal and wen you wake up the next day you will be fine. Do you practice any medetarion or did you stumble on this

I guess I stumbled upon it. My friends mother constantly calls me an indigo, but i never really looked it up. Now that I read up on it ALL of the signs of indigo I have. Worse is the fact that I had these "problems" when I was younger. Tried to meditate but Im very ADD. PLUS if I try to meditate even weirder things happen. I wish that I had known more about it before it happened to me.

IF its when you are just about alseep that you are talking about, that would be the worst for me. It always feels like somehting doesnt want me to sleep. Then everything starts changing. Shadows get up and move around. I watch the door open and close even though its def shut. all sorts of things before I actually fall asleep.

I would say your spiritual intuitive side is screaming for your attention for something. Is someone in your family sick? Are you worried about something of deep importance to you? Look for subtle clues in your life. Perhaps your abilities are getting stroner because of the intensity you are trying to dicover something. Discover it and I bet these symptoms willsubside

A stream, from its course in far-off mountains, passing through every kind and description of countryside, at last reached the sands of the desert. When it heard this, certain echoes began to arise in the thoughts of the stream. Dimly it remembered a state in which it - or some part of it? - had been held in the arms of a wind. It also remembered - or did it? - that this was the real thing, not necessarily the obvious thing to do.

yea last night after I spoke with people on this thread I had some pretty crazy realistic dreams. Everything was in real time like I was awake and then It would all slow down for me to examine it.
