What did Jesus or the bible mean mean by the following. Jesus specifically states in Mark13:[30] Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done. That generation passed away and, "they will see 'the Son of Man coming in the clouds' with great power and glory." Hasn't happened!!!!

Notice the context:

28"Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. 29Even so, when you see these things happening, you know that it is near, right at the door. 30I tell you the truth, this generation[e] will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. 31Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.

Jesus is within a parable when he says THIS GENERATION SHALL NOT PASS AWAY. So he's referring to the generation of the fig tree. Pretty simple really.

That quote was not from Lotus, so you are not responding to the right person.

The Fig tree represents the people of Israel getting tender. It is a sign of the time, a timing link. Many people in Israel have become tender.
